Senior Influencer Manager
Lead influencer strategy at Fabric, shaping standout creator partnerships, building trusted client relationships and turning cultural insight into measurable impact.
We are hiring a Senior Influencer Manager to help shape and grow Fabric’s influencer offering across clients and new-business pitches. You’ll connect creators with brand strategy, combining cultural insight and performance data to deliver work that supports clear business goals. With ownership spanning strategy, talent partnerships and campaign delivery, you’ll build trusted relationships with clients, agents and creators. You’ll also help develop the team and raise the standard of influencer work across the agency.
What you'll be doing:
Lead influencer strategy across multiple clients and pitches, connecting creator activity to brand platforms, audience needs and commercial goals.
Oversee talent discovery and recommendations, building relevant creator rosters across celebrity, established, emerging and user-generated content talent.
Lead complex negotiations covering fees, contracts, usage rights and exclusivity, while strengthening relationships with agents and creators.
Own influencer programmes from planning through to delivery, maintaining high standards across timelines, creative quality, approvals and brand safety.
Advise senior clients and internal teams on creator trends, platform developments and cultural shifts, turning insight into practical opportunities.
Set campaign objectives and measurement approaches, using performance findings to improve live activity and inform future planning.
Guide and develop Influencer Managers through clear direction, constructive feedback and coaching, while improving processes across the discipline.
Skills we're looking for:
Strong experience in influencer marketing, talent management or creator partnerships, gained within an agency, brand or related environment.
The ability to build influencer strategies that connect creator activity with broader brand, audience and business objectives.
Experience leading teams or developing colleagues through supportive line management, coaching and practical feedback.
Confidence managing senior client, talent-agent and creator relationships, including sensitive conversations and campaign escalations.
Sound commercial judgement, with experience negotiating contracts, fees, usage rights and exclusivity arrangements.
The ability to interpret campaign performance and translate data into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.
A collaborative and organised approach to managing several workstreams, setting priorities and maintaining quality across delivery.
