You’ll own and evolve our paid social offering: leading the charge on strategy, innovation, and effectiveness across some of the UK’s most exciting brands. From shaping our product and ways of working, to inspiring clients and mentoring a growing team, this is your chance to build something industry-leading.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Paid Social Leadership
Define and evolve Fabric’s paid social proposition; setting the standard for creativity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Lead paid strategy across always-on and campaign briefs, connecting platform insight to brand and business objectives.
Strategy, Planning & Innovation
Build platform-specific strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest and emerging channels.
Translate audience insight and data into forward-thinking test-and-learn roadmaps that drive measurable growth.
Partner with media platforms and tech partners to pioneer innovation and first-to-market activations.
Delivery & Effectiveness
Oversee flawless execution and optimisation across all paid campaigns, ensuring work is data-driven, efficient, and creatively excellent.
Lead performance measurement and reporting, driving consistent quality control and best practice across all activations.
Client Growth & Commercial Impact
Act as senior lead across key accounts; building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with Strategy and Account leads to shape paid social narratives within pitches and proposals.
Drive revenue delivery, profitability, and innovation across the paid portfolio.
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing paid social team, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation and continuous learning.
Champion integration with Creative, Influencer and Strategy teams to deliver truly connected social campaigns.
Thought Leadership
Stay ahead of emerging platform trends, algorithms, and innovations, translating them into actionable opportunities for clients.
Shape Fabric’s POV on the future of paid social and represent the agency externally through thought-leadership, industry events and partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience leading a paid social team at an agency, with solid experience across Meta, TikTok and at least one other major platform.
Proven track record of developing paid strategies that drive both brand and performance outcomes.
Strong commercial instincts: confident with data, forecasting, and budget management.
Deep understanding of how paid integrates with creative, influencer and organic social.
Exceptional leadership, communication and client management skills.
Curiosity, creativity, and calm under pressure.
