Social Creative
About Us
Fabric Social is a dynamic social content and creative agency based in Dublin. We specialise in producing platform-specific, results-driven content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond.
We craft creative campaigns, activate sports sponsorships, and manage influencer partnerships for some of Ireland’s most iconic brands — including Bulmers, Sky Ireland, Club, Life Style Sports, and Tayto.
We’re passionate about storytelling, creative innovation, and shaping culture through content that connects.
The Role
We’re looking for a Social Creative — someone who lives and breathes social content, someone who can shoot, edit, and shape ideas from concept through to final delivery.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced creative team, working on a variety of productions — from reactive TikToks and Reels and branded content for major campaigns.
This is a hands-on role suited to a creator who combines creative thinking with strong technical ability and a deep understanding of what works on social.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging, platform-specific content primarily for Instagram and TikTok.
Shooting: Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras and mobile setups across diverse environments.
Editing: Edit content for different formats using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar — including sound design, basic animation, and colour grading.
Creative Development: Collaborate with the wider team to shape creative concepts, storyboards, and visual styles for campaigns and content.
Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, visual styles, and new content formats — helping to keep our output fresh and culturally relevant.
Production: Assist in setting up shoots, creating shot lists, lighting, and managing small-scale productions.
Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, strategists, and other creatives to deliver best-in-class work for clients.
Mentorship: Share skills and knowledge with less experienced team members to help grow the creative team.
Optimisation: Review content performance and feed insights back into creative development.
Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years of experience creating social-first video content, ideally within an agency or brand environment.
Shooting Skills: Confident using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and gimbals; a strong eye for framing and composition.
Editing Skills: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro; intermediate After Effects preferred.
Social Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of what works across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
Creative Mindset: Strong ideation and storytelling ability — you can take a concept and shape it into something visually compelling.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable troubleshooting on set or in post-production.
Organisation: Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion: A love for social creative storytelling and pushing what’s possible in social content.
